Melanie Vega is the Head of All the Things at Laney Belle Inc. She is equally loyal and devoted to both family and growth. She's got the grit, hustle, strength and skills it takes to succeed in a demanding and highly competitive field of Talent Management and Workplace Culture. Years spent working across the hospitality and marketing industries taught her the importance of strong leader and sponsorship, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the workplace, and establishing trust with the ones we spend most of our lives with. Naturally she fell in love with all things people and workplace culture.

‚ÄčIn the last few years, Melanie has shifted all her brainpower, energy and heart into showing and guiding organizations through the transformation of the HR function. HR is a program area (FACTS!) and touches every human throughout the employee life cycle. No other area can say the same and no other area has so much potential to alway#bebetter. That's why she loves it! One of her main goals for 2019 is to focus on Leadership Development for young people. Let's create N.E.X.T Leaders!

"Honesty has a beautiful and refreshing simplicity about it, no ulterior motives, no hidden meanings, an absence of hypocrisy, duplicity, political games, and verbal superficiality.  As honesty and real integrity characterize our lives, there will be no need to manipulate others."  - Charles Swindoll
